What must an invoice show?
An invoice number, the date, your business and the client, what was done, the price of each line, taxes, the total, the due date and how to pay.
When should I send the invoice?
As soon as the job is done — the faster it goes out, the faster you are paid. Reminders before and after the due date help a lot.
Can clients pay invoices by card?
In WrenCrew, yes: the invoice has a "Pay now" button, the money goes to your own Stripe account, and the invoice is marked paid by itself.
